Online Counselling

one click away

… when your therapist is only a click away from you

I offer Skype-based chat and video online counselling and psychotherapy.

Half my practice is online, using secure digital technology to provide therapeutic support anywhere in the world.

If you are comfortable with communication via internet, online counselling can be a practical, convenient, easy and quick way to express yourself and solve problems with a professional, from the comfort of your home.

Many people find the convenience of skyping an easy alternative when they are unable to attend in-person therapy session, for example when they are travelling, have a busy schedule, are working until late hours, or some other reason.

Many clients of mine are Italian and English speakers worldwide, whether living at home or as an expat. Many of them are artists, students, military personnel, people working in sport and entertainment, and travelling workers. For them, and maybe for you too, Skype chat/video sessions are the best option for seeking and receiving the support they need.

Online counselling is a very good fit for people experiencing mild to moderate depression, general anxiety, social anxiety, work or personal relationship issues, adjustment difficulties, grief, anger issues, mood disorders, homesickness and loneliness, life-changing events.

As psychotherapist, I can help you to decide if this way to get professional counselling is suitable for you.

Chat and video sessions therapy are both 50 minutes in length. Once a week in the beginning, depending on your specific needs.

FREE CONSULT: If you are uncertain whether online counselling would be the best fit for you, don’t hesitate to contact me to arrange a free 10-15 minute skype consultation.

As part of the process of setting up online communication, you will be asked to message through the secure form on the Contact me section.

Myharmonystudio Skype-based counselling is not fit if you are in acute distress, have suicidal thoughts, eating disorders, schizophrenia or any disorder with psychosis.
